Purchased this for use on my wife. A very, very versatile and exciting toy; the vibrator function is wheel-controlled, infinitely variable, and is at it's maximum setting extremely powerful. Not terribly loud either; due to it's size, more of a quiet hum. The inflatable function is, of course, the real joy of it. Gradual inflation can result in internal stretches up to and beyond a fist size, but without any discomfort. As the toy stretches and pushes out evenly, there are no pressure-spots to cause pain; instead only a gradually increasing feeling of being /full/. It's very difficult to over-inflate in someone; and there's no sudden sharp pain, instead just an ache that lets the person know it's time to stop. Of course, other fun uses involve inflating it quickly and then deflating it, repeatedly, adding a whole new dimension to the fun. This toy is as excellent for vaginal use as it is for anal. It's so much fun we bought a second one so I could use them both on the wife at once! :D
